A LIQUID MICRONUTRIENT

Calcium stimulates root and leaf development and forms compounds, which are part of the cell walls. Calcium deficiency symptoms are not often seen in the field because secondary effects associated with high soil acidity, limit growth first. Leaves may be cupped-shaped and crinkled, and the terminal buds deteriorate with some breakdown of petioles. Fruits may breakdown at the blossom end. Calcium deficiency is associated with blossom-end rot in tomatoes and other crops.

ACTAGRO 7% CALCIUM is formulated in a patented process for the prevention or correction of calcium deficiencies in plants and can be effectively used for both foliar and soil applications.  It contains Actagro Organic Acids® which may aid in soil and foliar applied micronutrient availability.

ACTAGRO 7% CALCIUM is recommended for foliar application as a dilute spray solution and should be applied early in the crop's growth cycle for maximum utilization.

ACTAGRO 7% CALCIUM is recommended for band application during preplant, planting or sidedress operations.

ACTAGRO 7% CALCIUM is non-phytotoxic when used as directed and may be combined with most pesticides and fertilizers.

ACTAGRO 7% CALCIUM disperses well in water.  For best results mix as follows:

1.  Partially fill tank with water or fertilizer and start agitation.

2.  Add 7% CALCIUM to circulating tank mix.

3.  Add other nutrients or pesticides if compatible.

4.  Fill tank and agitate thoroughly.
